Refund policy
1. Overview
We take pride in crafting high-quality handmade earrings and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
2. Returns Eligibility
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please email us at secondborncreativeau@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess your claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued for faulty items. Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at secondborncreativeau@gmail.com.
If a return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. We do not accept returns for change of mind on international orders. If an item arrives damaged, please follow the process outlined in section 3.
6. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
