All orders (except custom designs) are processed within 2-5 business days. Handmade items require careful crafting, and processing times may vary during peak seasons. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
If you have ordered a custom design, we will be in touch with you to let you know timeframes.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Refer to the Australia Post website for domestic and international delivery estimates.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before ordering.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by postal services.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. If necessary, we will assist in filing a claim.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours to update your address.
